1. Operator

SPOCN (https://spocn.in) is owned and operated by CodeUjjwal Technologies, a technology company based in India. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to CodeUjjwal Technologies. “You” means the individual using the service.

2. Agreement

By creating an account, purchasing talk time, starting a conversation, or otherwise using SPOCN, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and our 18+ Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under applicable law. By using SPOCN, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. AI companions — important disclosure

SPOCN companions are artificial intelligence (AI) agents — software programs that generate text and voice responses. They are not real people, human professionals, therapists, doctors, lawyers, or emergency services. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Do not rely on AI agents for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency advice.

Personality names, voices, and backstories are fictional characters powered by AI. Any resemblance to real persons is coincidental. AI agents do not have consciousness, feelings, or independent judgment.

5. Service description

SPOCN provides digital voice and text conversation experiences with AI-powered companions, wallet-based talk time, and related features. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

6. Payments & billing

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) before checkout and include applicable taxes where required.
Payments are processed by authorised payment partners (e.g. Cashfree). Card/UPI/netbanking charges appear under a discreet merchant descriptor where supported.
Purchased minutes are credited to your in-app wallet. Minutes are a digital service consumed when you use voice or chat features.
All purchases of conversation minutes, wallet top-ups, and digital services on SPOCN are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is expressly required under applicable Indian law. See our Refund Policy for full details.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for unlawful, abusive, harassing, or exploitative purposes
Attempt to generate explicit sexual content or content involving minors
Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems
Misrepresent AI output as professional advice or human communication
Share account credentials or resell access without permission

We may warn, limit, or terminate accounts that violate these rules or pose risk to users or the platform.

8. Intellectual property

SPOCN, its branding, software, and content are owned by CodeUjjwal Technologies or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service. You retain rights in content you submit, but grant us a licence to process it to operate the service (including AI inference and memory features).

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ERROR-FREE AI OUTPUT, OR SPECIFIC EMOTIONAL OR RELATIONSHIP OUTCOMES.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeUjjwal Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of AI agents or the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that transaction in the preceding three months.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your locality.
