2. Overview

We collect only what is necessary to run SPOCN, process payments, personalise AI memory features, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your private conversation content to advertisers.

3. AI processing

SPOCN companions are artificial intelligence (AI) agents — software programs that generate text and voice responses. They are not real people, human professionals, therapists, doctors, lawyers, or emergency services. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Do not rely on AI agents for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency advice.

To generate responses, conversation text and voice audio may be processed by us and by subprocessors such as large-language-model providers, speech-synthesis providers, and cloud hosts under contractual safeguards.

4. Information we collect

Account data: email, name (if provided), authentication identifiers
Usage data: session duration, companion selected, feature interactions, device/browser metadata
Conversation data: messages, transcripts, memory snippets you choose to save, voice inputs processed for replies
Payment data: order amounts, transaction IDs, payment status — card/UPI details are handled by our payment gateway, not stored on our servers
Support communications: emails or messages you send us

5. How we use information

Provide and improve AI conversation features
Maintain wallet balance and billing records
Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
Comply with law and payment-partner requirements
Send service-related notices (not sold to third-party marketers)

6. Sharing

We may share data with:

Payment processors (e.g. Cashfree) to complete transactions
AI/voice infrastructure providers to deliver the service
Cloud hosting and analytics vendors under confidentiality terms
Authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety

7. Retention

We retain account and billing records as long as your account is active and as required for tax, accounting, and dispute resolution. You may request account deletion from Settings; we will delete or anonymise personal data except where retention is legally required.

8. Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and industry-standard practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9. Your rights

10. Children

SPOCN is not for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. See our 18+ Policy.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
